1/20 ctw Pear Cut 10X7 MM Blue Topaz and Round Cut Diamond Semi Precious Pendant With Chain in Sterling Silver

The pendant features a pear shape mount, suspended on an open center ring, attached to an integrated twin bar loop holder for the chain.
